Tiramisu with Forest Fruits


Indisputably…a delight!

Ingredients (6 people):

  • 250 grams of forest fruits (frozen)
  • 400 grams of light cream cheese
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 125 grams of savoyard biscuits
  • 100 ml of orange juice

Instructions :

  1. Defrost the fruits and leave them to drain.
  2. In a mixer, blend the cream cheese, the yogurt, the sugar and the lemon juice.
  3. Soak the biscuits in the orange juice and place them in the bottom of an oblong baking form (about 25 x 11 cm). On top spread half of the cream cheese mixture and then the forest fruits.
  4. Add another layer of biscuits and spill the rest orange juice on top. Then, spread the rest of the cream cheese mixture and serve.

Cereal with Cream Cheese, Yogurt, Apple Juice and Fresh Fruits


Start your day with a combination of vitamins and proteins!

Ingredients (2 people) :

  • 200 grams of muesli 
  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 100 grams of light cream cheese
  • 20 grams of castor sugar
  • 80 ml of apple juice
  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana

Instructions :

  1. In a bowl place the cream cheese, the yogurt, the castor sugar and the apple juice and mix very well.
  2. With a sharp knife cut all the fruits in small cubes.
  3. Place the cream in small bowls and place the muesli and the fruits on top of it.


Strawberry Mousse with Yogurt

Ingredients (6 people) :

  • 400 grams of greek yogurt
  • 200 grams of strawberry
  • 100 grams of light milk
  • 3 gelatins
  • 60 grams of castor sugar
  • 15 chopped strawberries


  • 200 grams light cream cheese
  • 20 grams of castor sugar
  • 50 grams of milk 1,5% fat
  • 100 grams of pistachios

Instructions :

  1. Place the gelatines in a bowl with cold water to soften them up.
  2. When they are soft, place them in a small pot, add the light milk and warm them until the gelatines melt.
  3. In a small mixer blend the strawberries (200 grams) with the 60 grams of castor sugar.
  4. Blend the strawberries with the sugar that you just mixed, the milk with the gelatines and the yogurt, in a mixer until it’s turned into a soft cream.
  5. Then, add the sliced strawberries and stir carefully.
  6. Share the mousse in small glasses, put it in the fridge at least 2 hours before you serve.
  7. In another mixer blend the cream cheese with the 1,5% fat milk and the 20 grams of castor sugar until they are a soft cream.
  8. After 30 minutes, if the mousse is ready you take it out of the fridge and add the cream with the cream cheese on top. Sprinkle some pistachios on top.
  9. Put the mousse in the fridge for another 1 and a half hour.

Chocolate, Cherry & Brandy Cream


Delight with few calories.

Ingredients (6 people) :

  • 80 grams of melted couverture chocolate
  • 150 grams of fresh cherries, sliced and pitted
  • 3 tbsp of brandy
  • 20 grams of castor sugar
  • 200 grams of whisked, light cream cheese

Instructions :

  1. Let the melted couverture get a little cold and then add the cherries.
  2. Mix the brandy and the castor sugar with the light cream cheese.
  3. Join the two mixtures.
  4. Serve in small glasses after you’ve let them cold for at least 1 hour.

Απ’τ την άλλη είναι βάσανο να σε ονειρεύομαι, γιατί όταν ξυπνάω είσαι απών χωρίς να ήσουν ποτέ παρών. Πονάει η απουσία σου λες και ήσουν εκεί και έφυγες, και πρέπει να πιστέψω ότι αυτό που είδα δεν έγινε ποτέ παρά το γεγονός οτι η αίσθηση των δαχτύλων σου στο μάγουλό μου είναι ακόμα φρέσκια.

Tiramisu with Chocolate Biscuits


That is some stylish dessert ladies and gentlemen!

Ingredients (6 people) : 

  • 300 grams of light cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 18 soft chocolate biscuits
  • 200 ml of instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp of Marsala wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 small cherries

Instructions :

  1. Spread the yolks from the whites and whisk the yolks with the sugar until we have a light coloured foamy mixture. Add the cream cheese and the wine and stir very well.
  2. Whisk the whites with the pinch of salt and add them in the cream we have prepared. Stir softly from bottom to top in order for the mixture to remain foamy. 
  3. Crumble the biscuits, dip them in the coffee and put them as a layer in the base of 6 small glasses. Then a layer of cream, then again biscuits and finish with cream. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours and garnish with a cherry. 

Cream Cheese Mousse with Prunes


Cheesy and Fruity, taste for yourselves.

Ingredients (10 people) :

  • 300 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of ricotta
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 300 grams of prunes
  • 1/2 cup of brandy

Instructions :

  1. Stir the brandy and the prunes together with a hand mixer.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the ricotta and the sugar, add the whipped cream.
  3. Fill six glasses up to the middle with the mousse, then spread a layer of the mashed prunes. Fill with the rest of the mousse and serve.
