Breakfast for Tuna Lovers!
- 4 slices of white bread (or anything you prefer really)
- 120 grams of light cream cheese
- 40 grams of chopped lettuce
- 200 grams of tuna in WATER not oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (or lime)
- fresh-cut pepper
- Spread cream cheese on the bread slices and place a bunch of lettuce on top.
- Mix the tuna with the lemon juice and the pepper.
- Spread the tuna mixture on the lettuce.
