Bread & Tuna

Breakfast for Tuna Lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of white bread (or anything you prefer really)
  • 120 grams of light cream cheese
  • 40 grams of chopped lettuce
  • 200 grams of tuna in WATER not oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (or lime)
  • fresh-cut pepper

Instructions:

  1. Spread cream cheese on the bread slices and place a bunch of lettuce on top.
  2. Mix the tuna with the lemon juice and the pepper.
  3. Spread the tuna mixture on the lettuce.
