How is that for an appetiser ?
Ingredients (4 people) :
- 4 middle sized potatoes
- 120 grams of light cream cheese
- 1 clove of garlic chopped in pieces
- 1 tbsp of chopped chives
- 1 tbsp of skimmed milk
- Preheat the oven at 220ºC.
- Wash, dry and wrap the potatoes with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix the cream cheese with with the garlic, the chives and the milk.
- When the potatoes are baked remove the foil and cut in 4.
- Fill them with the mixture and serve hot.
