Baked Potatoes with Garlic and Cream Cheese


How is that for an appetiser ?

Ingredients (4 people) :

  • 4 middle sized potatoes
  • 120 grams of light cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped in pieces
  • 1 tbsp of chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp of skimmed milk

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven at 220ºC.
  2. Wash, dry and wrap the potatoes with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile mix the cream cheese with with the garlic, the chives and the milk.
  4. When the potatoes are baked remove the foil and cut in 4.
  5. Fill them with the mixture and serve hot.
