Ingredients (2 people) :
- 280 grams of mellon
- 30 grams of sugar
- 300 grams of fresh milk
- 130 grams of Philadelphia with honey
- Place the mellon, the sugar, the fresh milk and the Philadelphia in a blender.
- Mix them until it’s a homogenous mixture and then serve in a big glass with ice.
