Start your day with a combination of vitamins and proteins!
Ingredients (2 people) :
- 200 grams of muesli
- 300 grams of yogurt
- 100 grams of light cream cheese
- 20 grams of castor sugar
- 80 ml of apple juice
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- In a bowl place the cream cheese, the yogurt, the castor sugar and the apple juice and mix very well.
- With a sharp knife cut all the fruits in small cubes.
- Place the cream in small bowls and place the muesli and the fruits on top of it.
