Light Sandwiches with Fresh Cucumber and Cream Cheese

The best way to start your day, or the healthiest snack during meals.

Ingredients (2 people) :

  • 50 grams of light cream cheese
  • 1 chive
  • 4 thin slices of toast bread
  • 120 grams of cucumber in thin slices

Instructions :

  1. Mix the chive with the cream cheese.
  2. Spread the mixture on the bread and place homogeneously the slices of the cucumber. You could also add some frescut pepper.
  3. Close up the sandwiches with another slice of bread and remove the crust of bread if you wish.
  4. Cut the sandwiches into triangles and serve.
