The best way to start your day, or the healthiest snack during meals.
Ingredients (2 people) :
- 50 grams of light cream cheese
- 1 chive
- 4 thin slices of toast bread
- 120 grams of cucumber in thin slices
- Mix the chive with the cream cheese.
- Spread the mixture on the bread and place homogeneously the slices of the cucumber. You could also add some frescut pepper.
- Close up the sandwiches with another slice of bread and remove the crust of bread if you wish.
- Cut the sandwiches into triangles and serve.
