Ingredients (4 people) :
- 4 wholemeal round toast breads, with a diameter about 8 cm
- 120 grams of light cream cheese
- 150 grams of fresh cooked shrimps
- 2.5 teaspoons of sweet chili sauce
- bit of cardamom
- bit of parsley
- bit of chili pepper
- Place the toast breads in serving dishes and spread cream cheese on them.
- Homogeneously place on top of them the shrimps and pour the chili sauce.
- Garnish with a bit of cardamom, parsley and chili pepper and serve.
