Ingredients (4 people) :
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 black olives in slices
- 20 grams of pistachios
- 120 grams of red pepper cut in small pieces
- 100 grams of light cream cheese
- Some olive oil
- Remove the inside of the tomatoes with a spoon. Place the tomatoes on a serving dish.
- In a bowl, mix the olives, the pepper, the tuna, the pistachios and the cream cheese.
- Add salt and pepper in the mix and fill the tomatoes with it.
- Serve with a bit of olive oil.
