Penne au Gratin

Cheesy delight! 

Ingredients (6 people) :

  • 600 grams of penne
  • 150 ml full cream milk
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 150 grams of grated emmental 
  • 100 grams of grated parmesan 
  • salt & pepper

Instructions :

  1. Boil the penne according to the instructions on the box. Heat the full cream milk along with the milk, the cheese cream in a pan and stir. Add salt and pepper and melt about 2/3 of the emmental.
  2. Preheat the oven in 180°C.
  3. Strain the penne and put them in a pyrex. Pour with the mixture you had made and add the rest of the emmental and parmesan. Bake the penne in the oven for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
