- 2 tbsp of crunchy oatmeal
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 2 tbsp of light cream cheese
- 200 ml of nonfat milk
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 60 grams of blackberries (frozen)
- Place the oatmeal and the apple juice in a container and let the oatmeal soak for a while.
- Add the cream cheese, the milk, the honey, the blackberries and mash them all together in a blender.
