Cereal Milkshake

Ingredients (1 glass) : 

  • 2 tbsp of crunchy oatmeal
  • 4 tbsp apple juice
  • 2 tbsp of light cream cheese
  • 200 ml of nonfat milk
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 60 grams of blackberries (frozen)

Instructions :

  1. Place the oatmeal and the apple juice in a container and let the oatmeal soak for a while.
  2. Add the cream cheese, the milk, the honey, the blackberries and mash them all together in a blender.
  3. Enjoy the milkshake right away.
