Cream Cheese Mousse with Prunes


Cheesy and Fruity, taste for yourselves.

Ingredients (10 people) :

  • 300 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of ricotta
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 300 grams of prunes
  • 1/2 cup of brandy

Instructions :

  1. Stir the brandy and the prunes together with a hand mixer.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the ricotta and the sugar, add the whipped cream.
  3. Fill six glasses up to the middle with the mousse, then spread a layer of the mashed prunes. Fill with the rest of the mousse and serve.
