Potatoes with Smoked Salmon

Perfect for finger food parties!

Ingredients (12 people) :

  • 500 grams of baby potatoes (about 18 pieces)
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 60 grams of smoked salmon in small slices

Instructions :

  1. Wash the potatoes and scrub them well so that their skin is clean enough to be eaten.
  2. Place the potatoes in a pan and bake them at 200°C for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. When they are baked, cut them in half, put some creamed cheese and a salmon slice on top. Serve while still hot.
