Perfect for finger food parties!
Ingredients (12 people) :
- 500 grams of baby potatoes (about 18 pieces)
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- 60 grams of smoked salmon in small slices
- Wash the potatoes and scrub them well so that their skin is clean enough to be eaten.
- Place the potatoes in a pan and bake them at 200°C for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- When they are baked, cut them in half, put some creamed cheese and a salmon slice on top. Serve while still hot.
