Fruit Salad with Philadelphia Light

The most fresh breakfast!

Ingredients (2 people) :

For the cream

  • 200 grams Philadelphia light
  • 10 chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp castor sugar

For the syrup 

  • 80 ml of water
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Fruits

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small mellon
  • 40 grams of grated chocolate

Instructions :

  1. In a small pot you boil the water with the sugar and the lemon juice so that it becomes a syrup. Then you let it get cold while washing the fruits.
  2. You empty the Philadelphia light in a blender and you add the strawberries along with the castor sugar and you stir well.
  3. Then you peal the kiwis with a sharp knife and you cut them in thin slices. You then place them in a bowl. 
  4. You place in the bowl the rest of the fruits, which you have cut in small slices. Stir all the fruits well and add the syrup.
  5. When you serve, you strain the syrup from the fruits and you place in glasses first the cream, then the fresh fruits and on top a bit of chocolate.
