Cream Cheese Cold Soufle with Bacon


Who said snacks couldn’t be élégant?

Ingredients (6 people) :

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 egg whites 
  • 4 leaves of sage
  • few chives 
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 forms

Instructions :

  1. Wash the sage and the chives, dry them and chop them.
  2. Pour the cream cheese in a bowl and whisk it with a fork until it’s soft. Add the olive oil and stir well.
  3. Cover with bacon the interior walls of the 6 forms. Whisk the egg whites in meringue, add a pinch of salt and carefully mix with the cream cheese. Fill the forms with the cream cheese mixture and let them in fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve very cold.
