Who said snacks couldn’t be élégant?
Ingredients (6 people) :
- 6 slices of bacon
- 400 grams of cream cheese
- 4 egg whites
- 4 leaves of sage
- few chives
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 6 forms
Instructions :
- Wash the sage and the chives, dry them and chop them.
- Pour the cream cheese in a bowl and whisk it with a fork until it’s soft. Add the olive oil and stir well.
- Cover with bacon the interior walls of the 6 forms. Whisk the egg whites in meringue, add a pinch of salt and carefully mix with the cream cheese. Fill the forms with the cream cheese mixture and let them in fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve very cold.
