Sweet and Sour Pork Fillet

Because bacon is not all there is to pork!

Ingredients (4 people) :

  • 60 grams PHILADELPHIA light
  • 800 grams of pork fillet
  • 3 scallions
  • 1 carrot
  • 40 grams cone
  • 50 ml of white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions :

  1. Saute the meat in a pan with the butter, until it gets some colour from all sides, quench with wine. 
  2. Add the scallions cut in slices, the carrot chopped Julienne and the cones, which we have already sugared and poured water on them with a spoon.
  3. Let it cook with the pan covered for 20 minutes, adding if needed a little water. When it’s almost ready add the PHILADELPHIA, salt and pepper and serve in slices.
