Baked Potatoes with Caviar and Cheese

Ingredients (6 people) :

  • 6 big potatoes
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 6 teaspoons of caviar
  • 6 teaspoons of cream cheese, or feta cheese

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven at 220°C. Wash the potatoes and wrap every one of them in silver foil. Bake them for 45 minutes.
  2. 15 minutes before the baking is complete grill the bacon slices until they’re crunchy.
  3. Unwrap the baked potatoes, slice them in two and add on top the caviar the bacon and the cheese.
