Thai Chicken with Curry

Flavors from far away…

Ingredients (4 people) :

  • 200 grams of rice
  • 400 grams chicken breast cut in strips
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • red pepper
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 pepper cut in cubes
  • 1 carrot cut in strips
  • 100 grams of peas
  • 1 onion cut in rings
  • 100 grams of soy sprouts 
  • 250 ml of vegetable broth
  • 175 grams of cream cheese

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the box. Sauté the chicken breast in a pan with hot oil. Add the vegetables, except the soy sprouts, and let them sauté for a while.
  2. Add the vegetable broth and let them boil. Then melt the cream cheese in the sauce while string in low heat, don’t let them boil.
  3. Add the soy sprouts, add salt to the chicken, add the curry, the red pepper and serve with the rice.
